My Philosophy

Regular physical fitness can help curb depression, prevent the onset of metabolic syndrome (diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease), weight gain and allows you to function well into old age.  Fitness in very basic terms is the ability to stay as active as possible as you get older.

To attain fitness, one must make the daily decision to:

Are you ready to stop making excuses?
You must define fitness on your own terms: For you, that could mean being able to climb a flight of stairs without getting out of breath.

Striving to be healthier tomorrow than you are today starts with taking that first step.  When you are ready to push aside the barriers that are keeping you from being as fit and healthy as you'd like to be; I’m here to help. My name is David Baudendistel and I’m a certified personal trainer and life coach with years of experience helping others create big change in their lives. While some of my clients may want to lose weight, I also work with healthy adults who are striving to be disease-free and energetic for the rest of their lives. Still, others may wish to chisel their bodies into a work of art. I walk with my clients as they confront their struggles and work toward wellness. As a life coach and personal trainer, I listen to and support each of my clients, while pushing them to achieve their very best. I inspire my clients to identify the issues that are holding them back and quickly move forward from that point. It’s time to stop dwelling on the past!
